           LED THE $20M, 17-PHASE RENOVATION PROJECT AT WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE HOSPITAL, CORPS OF ENGINEERS PROJECT, UNDER BUDGET AND ON-SCHEDULE WHILE MAINTAINING SURROUNDING HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.
